Positive: Very comfortable stay, room has a complimentary minibar and had fruit (dragonfruit, orange) as well. Very spacious bathroom, with a nice walk-in wardrobe. Nice view of the city and other side of Macau. Convenient shuttle service into the main part of town too.

Negative: The room had a slightly unpleasant smell; it was a non-smoking room and it was also present in the corridors, so it might just be some cleaning agent. We also checked in early and told to come back later (3pm), which is fine. We came back at 3 45pm and we still had to wait another 15 minutes for them to check the room was ready.

Positive: What a fabulous hotel. I have stayed at plenty of Macau hotels and this is one of the absolute best. Excellent views, huge room, bath is terrific. The spa and pool are superb. Staff very nice and efficient. Location good, maybe 20mins walk from old Taipa village. Can't fault this place and hopefully will visit again

Negative: Swimwear drier in men's changing room didn't work. That's all

Summary: Choose this over the Cotai strip hotels any time

Positive: Room was clean and huge, beautiful view of the water, bathtub was awesome. Pool and the gym facilities were very nice! The main attractions of Macau weren't quite walkable from the hotel, but only short and convenient taxi ride away. I actually quite liked that it was in the quieter area of town!
