Positive: The room was fine. Steam room and Sauna excellent. Location was perfect and central to train station, Alstadt, shopping and restaurants. Tours very close (10 min walk)
Negative: Room was quite warm. Seemed as though garbage trucks started outside the window at 4 AM. Wanted to do river tour but was told river is so low that you don't get full picture.

Positive: The hotel was ideally situated to walk everywhere. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. This included leaving our bags on our last day, allowing us r check me back & shower even though we had checked out before we caught the night jet train to Brussels.

Positive: Family room was large and located close to pedestrian area with several restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delicious!
Negative: Dated bathroom, tv didnt work for viewing world cup and dated lobby.
