Summary: Why would not choose to stay at the castle on a hill with stunning views? The property grounds are serene, the staff friendly, personable and accommodating, and the walk to town is charming. Also, book a day just for the spa/pool.

Summary: Everything at this hotel is 10/10+ stars. The manager Samantha is so sweet & her entire staff is top notch! The service, rooms, & food are the best there is in all of Austria. Every time we stay here it’s a total treat & we feel so blessed! Thank you to all for a wonderful stay!

Summary: First of all the staff was amazing and so attentive to every detail and need. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything you could possible want down to heated towel rack. The dining experience was delicious! The hotel is located on top of a hill but they give you a ticket to ride the funicular. We would stay there again!
