3 Bedroom Villa in Quesada, Rojales

Beautiful, spacious 3-bed (2 baths) villa furnished to a very high standard with private pool in La Fiesta residential area of Quesada. Bars, shops, restaurants within easy access. Car recommended. Ideally located to having a peaceful family holiday. Quesada is situated 5 km away from the sandy beach of Guardamar. Similarly, 2 minutes drive will take us to La Marquesa Golf Club.
The Villa is fully air-conditioned. TV (several languages), DVD, CD player, fiber optic wi-fi are available.
The kitchen is completely equipped with a large fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The living room is spacious with a three-seater and two-seater sofas and 1 armchair. The separate dining area will accommodate six to eat comfortably. Winter heating is by fireplace and air-conditioners.
There are two entrances, one from the pool area and one from the gate with 3 steps.
There is a designed, attractive garden area with a private pool of 8X4 meters and sunbathing area complete with garden furniture, barbecue, and sunbeds. The spacious covered balcony offers beautiful views over the area. Off-street parking.
In Quesada and Torrevieja there are many great restaurants, especially the local Spanish seafood restaurants, but there are also English, German, Swedish, Chinese and more types of food found here. Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbor. The scenery is compelling with the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland.
There are five more cities within easy reach by car: Alicante and Benidorm (with theme parks of Terra Mítica, Mundomar) to the north, Elche ( with its large palm forest) to the northwest, Murcia to the west and Cartegena with its historic Roman architecture to the south.
You might enjoy the open-air markets that are regularly held at numerous locations nearby (Campo de Guardamar, Guardamar, Torrevieja) or you might choose for high-class shopping in Torrevieja Habaneras shopping center or in Alicante El Corte Ingles department store.
Quesada: Quesada is 5 km away from the sandy beach of Guardamar with its recognized blue flag beach. There are numerous other ' blue flag ' beaches in the Costa Blanca area: La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura.
Ciudad Quesada boasts an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and amenities including banks, chemists, dentists, a medical center, town hall, and supermarkets.
There is a Water Park in the town open during June, July and August. The park offers a swimming pool, supervised water slides, a restaurant, and a beautiful lawned area.
There are a municipal tennis court and a bowling facility where visitors are welcome.
La Marquesa Golf and Country Club is an 18 hole championship course. Golfers can enjoy the clubhouse and its bar and restaurant are open to golfers and families alike.
Fly to Alicante (ALC) or Murcia (MJV) Airports. Villa Sara is located 35 minutes drive from both airports.
Car hire is easy and can be arranged in advance for airport collection through the internet.

Summary: Stayed here for 1 week with the family and had a great time , definitely recommend hiring a car. Plenty of bars & restaurant within 5 min drive & 10min drive to the beach .

Summary: Second time stay for us at Villa Sara and already looking forward to returning. Such a great location for us (car is advised as nearest bar is about 15 minute walk away and Quesada centre is a good 30 minute walk, but there are many local taxis that can be used). The Villa has plenty of privacy and outdoor space and the pool is a great size and sparkling clean. Outside furniture is super comfy too - perfect t for relaxing by the poolside. The facilities inside the Villa are excellent too and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rob, our contact was really friendly, prompt and helpful - even taking time out of his day to pop back and help us with the TV! Would not hesitate in recommending Villa Sara. Cannot wait to revisit.

Summary: The property was incredibly spacious with an superb outside area. It had everything we needed internally and the beds were very comfortable. Location wise it was a little to far from the town centre of Quesada not an easy walk, but easy enough to drive within 5 minutes. The decor in property was slightly dated but the the size, outdoor space and cleanliness all made up for it. If you want a nice peaceful private villa with a superb outdoor area I would highly recommend.

Summary: We have rented this villa on a number of occasions and always enjoyed our stay. Although clean, with a lovely pool and location, it has started to get a little dated and could do with some improvements. These would be new sun beds, towels, plastic cups & plates and air con that doesn’t drip. Despite this, we would still recommend this villa and will definitely return.

Summary: The whole experience of renting this villa was excellent, communication was good and we were met by two lovely people who explained and showed us everything. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was a great size, exceptionally clean with a great size pool and full of essential items. Only negative point was the location, you definitely need a car. Lovely area though and very quiet.

Summary: The villa was just perfect for our family week away... 3 spacious bedrooms and a great living space. The terrace overlooking the pool was beautiful and a lovely space for a morning coffee. Our two girls (13 & 11) made great use of the pool and it was cleaned every other day. We walked to the local bars and restaurants and felt safe and relaxed. Will definitely be back. Summary: Very isolated if you don't have a car. Spent a fortune on taxis! Should make that quite clear on the advertising. Lovely villa but could do with some updating and a deep clean. Best thing was the pool, in it every day. Suggest some instructions for cooker and washing machine would be good. Some decent pillows are a must. Had a great time!
