Fantastic detached villa with private pool, garage, garden and barbecue.
The property has been carefully furnished in a nordic style, creating a fresh and bright atmosphere.
There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate kitchen, large and bright lounge diner, porch and terrace.
A separate building contains the BBQ, garage, laundry área and a useful cloakroom which is handy when using the pool or garden.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to the porch which leads directly to the pool. There is also a flat screen tv.
All 3 bedrooms have wardrobes, desks and ceiling fans, very practical in the summer months.
Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers with glass shower screens and bluetooth ceiling lights, allowing you to play your music from your mobile devices well as choosing the tone and intensity of light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, glass hob, extractor Hood, capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer and toaster.
The large lounge diner, the heart of the villa, has a dining table which seats 6, a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa and armchair. 2 windows and french doors to the porch fill the room with light, although in summer the Windows are shaded. Lighting is provided by 2 remotely controlled ceiling fans.
In Winter the fireplace can be lit to créate a wonderful atmosphere, where the fire can be enjoyed whilst enjoying the view of the pool.
The Smart tv has Netflix installed as well as huge amount of channels.
The house has central heating.
Outside we can find the kidney shaped pool, pool shower, the garden and behind the house is additional parking if required.
The BBQ building has double glass doors which can be fully opened in summer or closed on cooler days, it has all of the worktops, sink and utensils you need for great outdoor cooking, we also provide a bag of charcoal.
Next to the BBQ with a seperate entrance, is the garage and laundry área with cupboards, sink and washing machine, detergent and fabric softener is provided. Also in this building is the cloakroom which is very useful when using the pool, BBQ or just in the garden.
The garden has sun loungers, tables and chairs so you can enjoy the sun and the pool. There are also tables and chairs for breakfast or dinner, in summer it can be too hot for eating lunch outside.
There is a lovely sitting área on the porch perfect for enjoying the view of the pool especially in the evening or at breakfast time.

Summary: Had a lovely stay in Case Limon. Chris and Sara were very helpful and friendly which made check in very easy. The villa was nicely decorated and very clean. It also had lots of little extras (dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, Bluetooth speaker, and lots more) which made our stay extra comfortable. The aircon worked very well and the beds were nice and comfortable. I would stay again next time we visit Quesada.

Summary: Beautiful well kept villa. Chris & Sara our hosts were lovely to deal with and very helpful. The villa is close to some lovely restaurants which we enjoyed. We throughly enjoyed our time there

Summary: We spent 10 days in the Villa and had a wonderful family holiday. There is lots to do in the area and we know it well, so if felt like a home from home. The Villa was extremely well appointed , with all the necessary equipment but there were so many extra little touches we didn’t expect it was a wonderful surprise to have a welcome pack. The local restaurants are good Da Silva in particular, lots to explore in the local area and trips to Villamartin, Santa Pola, La Zenia Boulevard, jet skiing all made the holiday really enjoyable for all age groups. This space is PERFECT for a family and my children are late teens/ early twenties and all really enjoyed the flexibility of the space and of course the wonderful pool! We were very well looked after by Sara and Chris who were great hosts.. Book - you will not regret it!

Summary: This villa is excellent in every way. Great location with a couple of restaurants/bars next door, and a short walk in to town where most other eating places are. Sara and Chris are lovely hosts, and were extremely helpful in many ways during our stay, so many thanks to you both. We really appreciated the extra touches, such as the essentials being readily available at the villa, also the groceries put in for our arrival. I can’t praise this villa highly enough, and if we return to Quesada, then it’s definitely where we would stay. Thanks again Sara and Chris

Summary: Property was ideal with good facilities to enjoy and in close proximity to Quesada. This gave us a good choice of places to eat. It was not far to the coast and other activities.

Summary: Myself and partner and two young children have just returned after staying at this lovely villa for 10 nights and will definitely return, the owners are extremely accommodating, they met us on our arrival with much needed refreshments in the fridge and were very helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. The villa is very modern and clean, with a great pool. It is situated ‘very’ near to a few restaurants/bars but also very quiet and relaxing. A selection of supermarkets are a few mins drive away. Great location looking forward to our next visit. Then you Chris and Sara 👍🏻

Summary: The villa was lovely, very modern and clean and as described. The neighbourhood is very nice, quite upmarket and there are a few restaurants on your doorstep. A fab Italian place is a must. The main part of the town where there are dozens of bars and restaurants is only a 10 minute walk but if going in for a meal best to get a taxi because it is too hot in summer to walk.
