3 Bedroom Villa in Rojales

This lovely, luxurious villa, located 2nd line to the La Marquesa Golf course is set on a private plot with kidney shaped pool (8x5m) surrounded by a patio, outside shower, BBQ and a lovely natural garden, providing a home from home. The villa has steps up to a covered veranda with a large dining table. The main door opens into a large open plan living room and a spacious new kitchen. An archway leads to a master bedroom with on-suite shower room, a family bathroom and a second bedroom which has an external doorway onto a balcony with a spiral stair case up to the roof terrace which hosts a lovely seating area with views over the golf course. The third bedroom has a separate external entrance to the side of the property with an en-suite shower room and is not connected internally to the rest of the house. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the property is air-conditioned throughout. Free Wi-Fi is available. A wall mounted TV, Blu-ray player with a selection of DVDs and Blu-rays as well as books and games provides plenty of entertainment for the whole family. The enclosed garden is secure for children to roam and explore. It provides additional outdoor seating opportunities to enjoy a coffee among the fragrant lemon and orange trees. There is a new table tennis and a darts set. The pool has stairs for easy access. Loungers and umbrellas invite for a relaxed day in the sun.
Linen, towels and beach towels are included in the rental price. Our local English speaking contact will provide you with the keys and is also available for queries and emergencies and will sort out the end of stay clean; this ensures that every guest arrives at a fully deep cleaned villa.
The property is nestled in a picturesque valley, a supermarket, bars and restaurants, ATM as well as the golf course itself are within walking distance.
The villages of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales are less than 5 mins drive away, with weekly local markets, restaurants and shops. The beautiful beach of Guardamar (10mins drive) is one of many in the vicinity.Alternatively, the Quesada aqua park is a few minute’s drive away. La Marquesa is only one of half a dozen golf courses within a 30 mins drive, providing ample challenge and variety for the avid golfer.
La Zenia shopping centre and the towns of Torrevieja, Elche and Orihuela invite with their shopping and entertainment. Alicante, Cartagena and Murcia are easily reachable destinations for a day out to sample local culture, and the surrounding mountains offer opportunities for easy hikes, exploring the local medieval castles around Novelda or sample the local wines in one of the many wineries in the region.

Summary: This was an ideal property for my family holiday! The kids made most of the pool, views are also spectacular. Location is also ideal as the supermarket is walking distance, & so are the local shops & restaurants. I would definitely be booking again! We made beautiful memories!

Summary: What a stunning property! Every aspect of comfort has been thoughtfully met from the fantastically equipt kitchen down to the pool towels and book selection in every room. The air-con is a god send, the pool is the highlight and there is so much room both inside and out. The whole process was simple from start to finish. Would highly recommended and hopefully return.

Summary: The villa was amazing, it was like home to home, it had everything we needed and more. It was very well equipped, air conditioned in every room, comfy beds, great kitchen facilities and the outside areas/pool where great. We ended up spending most of our time just at the villa. Communication with host was really quick and easy. Thank you for a fabulous stay. Xx

Summary: The house is very well equipped. The TV is great as smart TV. The WIFI is very good, The areas for eating are shaded and add lots. Air conditioning excellent. The pool has a deep end that is great for older kids/adults. The steps make it handy for smaller ones and shallower end. It is not big but it is big enough for a family. The supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. We found taxis very hard to get to get to the local towns and any days out we had initially planned.Need to book them in advance. We stayed mainly at house and at the local places within walking distance. We did not hire a car. We had a really lovely holiday as the house, pool and local restaurants and supermarket were perfect for us. It is a lovely easy family holiday with great resources.

Summary: We had the best time on our holiday. The Villa was amazing, everything we could ever have wished for. The swimming pool was perfect for our family. The beds were comfy and the aircon made it easy to sleep at night. The terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy the evenings. The Villa was clean and spacious. The property owner was amazing at replying to any questions and so helpful and the property manager was brilliant when we arrived. I have children ages 20, 15 and 6 and this was perfect for all of them, when we got to the villa they kept saying wow! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, it really was amazing and we had the best holiday. Will definitely book again in the future.
