Summary: The villa is in a good location within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants, especially if you get a tuk tuk back uphill.The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The pool is small but very clean and ideal to cool off in.Unfortunately the photos are either an artist impression or out of date. Trees obscure most of the sea views and there is a four story block of apartments to one side of the villa and buildings immediately behind. That said, it is still a quiet area.

Summary: The house was great and equipped with allYou need . Comfy beds. AC and fans. The property manager Nick responded quickly the few times I reached out. We had a water issue and he immediately dealtWith it . Answered any questions we had promptly and arranged a van for us to Go back to airport. You can walk to the main street for restaurants but no shopping Or markets within walking . Tuk tuks everywhere for rent and we rented scooters for our 4 days. Also lovely shaded outdoor space at house and there’s a pool. get back to airport,

Summary: Very nice house. The best we have ever been to. Pool is small, but our kids of 10 and 13 had a lot of fun with it. Cleaning of the pool several times during our stay. Water dispenser in house is spendid. The host, Nick, is kind and reply fast on our request. The property is close to Lanta Loft, somewhat south of the marking. The way to the sandy beach is a 10-15 walk and a bit to long for us with all our family beach stuff. Therefore, we arrange with a taxi/ tuktuk every time we went - worked very well.

Summary: We got into the rental a little later than we thought but Nick was great to give us directions and arrange a later meeting time. He was very responsive to our need of a coffee pot! Received it the next day. Highly recommend Relax Bay for a Thai massage. Patty’s Garden is a good spot to eat but the most memorable meal was a short drive away at Chang Garden. We did the 4 island tour which was fun. We had three days of rain which cards made for some friendly competition. Roads along 7-11 are quite rough but lanes are just suggestions of where to drive. You can work around them

Summary: We stayed at Sea Life Villa for 2 weeks and found it to be a great property. We travelled as a family with our son and his family. There was plenty of room for the children to run around. They had great fun in the pool and, although not big enough to swim in, the adults enjoyed a cooling dip in the water after the walk up the hill in the sun. The property is set back from the main road but is close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. You can also get a tuk tuk easily if you don't fancy the ten minute walk. Take a torch for walking after sunset. The house is equipped with everything you need and it is cool inside. It was a shame the sun umbrella was broken as there is no shade in the afternoon. We hadn't realised that Sea Life Villa is adjacent to an apartment building but this didn't spoil our enjoyment. It's quiet and peaceful. Thanks for a great stay.

Summary: We stayed some days in the villa and enjoyed it very much. We didn't miss anything. The small pool was cleaned three times a week and was in perfect condition. The three rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Each has an own bathroom. The rooms in the first floor have seaview and balconies. Kitchen and living room are well furnished. The villa is absolutely suitable for families with kids.

Summary: My family stayed at this beautiful villa for 2 weeks in January and cannot say enough good things about it. The location of the villa is great - close to everything including the beach but far enough away from the main area that it is still quiet. The villa itself is clean, spacious and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities and more. The villa had a great view from the master bedroom looking over the ocean and all the rooms had AC so on those hot hot days we could still cool off. The staff was very friendly and very helpful throughout our trip and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. My family loved Koh Lanta and we hope to come back again in a few years, and if we do we would come back to the sea view villa - it was our paradise home!
