The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

Summary: This review is for unit 208 which is similar to the one originally booked on VRBO The unit was clean and well equipped. The kitchen includes standard blender, coffee, pot, Keurig, and toaster, but there were no small sharp knives for cutting (like steak knives or for tomatoes). We called the office and they brought a butcher block and additional for steak knives the same day. Bedroom configuration was perfect for our family of eight. But none of the bedrooms have a bedside table lamps. Living room is spacious with comfortable seating. There are some beach chairs and floating devices in the closet. Lazy River was a highlight for kids and adults.

No sun shades allowed in Myrtle beach though so count on renting an umbrella and paying handsomely to do so.

We've stayed at Southwind for 15 years and this is, by far, the nicest condo there. There were 6 of us in this 5 bedroom condo. Luxury Beach Rentals kept me informed every step of the way. They were so nice and helpful. The furnishings in this condo are gorgeous. It's definitely upscale. I do wish they'd get the icemaker fixed. It was a pain to buy and carry up ice. My other suggestion would be to add handrails in the main bath toilet. My 98 year old mother really struggled with it. We had to buy an over the toilet device to help her get up. The condo was clean, beds so comfortable, and anything you could need was provided. Wonderful place to stay!

I would definitely stay there again, as long as they get one thing figured out. Every single TV was totally useless because they weren’t connected to the internet. Cable boxes and roku, but none of it worked. It would have been nice to be able to either get someone in the phone about it or have it clearly stated somewhere that it was not available, so that we could plan accordingly.
