5 Bedroom Condo in Orange Beach

Phoenix West II is now called "The Oasis at Orange Beach" because it has so much more to offer than any other Phoenix Condominium! Experience the best condominium on the beach, Oasis now open: NEW ADULT POOL, NEW GRILL PAVILION, KIDS SPLASH PAD, NEW RESTAURANT AND BAR!
Our 4 bedroom , 4. 5 bath LUXURY, PENTHOUSE CONDO has over 2500 square feet with an open floor plan with 11 foot ceilings! The views are unbelievable with over 65 feet of floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room. This is a lot larger than any Phoenix condominium.
The spectacular setting from the 30th floor provide the best views on the Gulf of Mexico! It has a secluded balcony, upgraded furnishings and floor to ceiling windows in every room!
You will fall in love with the 75 inch TV and newly built with state of the art built in fireplace!
All bedrooms have views of the State Park and the Gulf of Mexico with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and two have 2 queen beds each so there is a total of 2 kings and 4 queens. We also have a queen deluxe air mattress.
You will be sure to find that our penthouse condo will provide your family with memories that will last forever!
We are owner/operators have been renting vacation properties since 2002 and that makes a huge difference. Since we only have a few properties, we are able to keep them in excellent, like new condition. We can help you immediately with any concerns and we personally care about your vacation experience! We provide you with our cell phone numbers so we are here to help you to make your vacation the best ever! As you can see, renting from the owner has it's advantages! In the peak season, there are only 2 parking passes allowed for our 4 bedroom condos. There is off-site parking if you need more parking. In the slower season, we have plenty of parking available.
Another reason for the new name, The Oasis at Orange Beach is because it has the largest floor plan of any Phoenix building and the balconies are much larger too! The average of a Phoenix condo 4 bedrooms are 2000 sq. ft compared to 2500 sq feet and that provides a much more open feeling! Also our balcony is almost twice the size.
These amenities are some more reasons why our complex has changed it's name to "The Oasis of Orange Beach"

Summary: This was our second time to stay at this condo. The condo has everything my kitchen has at home, which makes it easier to travel w less crock pots, blenders, ect. The view from the balcony is amazing!! Plenty of space throughout the condo and balcony! Our family has already booked a trip back next year.

Summary: We had an amazing time in this beautiful rental! Everything in this rental was top quality! We had 9 adults, 1 teen and 3 children. One of the children was just 1 year old so the high chair and port a crib came in handy! We loved spending time on the expansive deck enjoying the amazing views! I canโ€™t say enough positive comments about this rental! It was perfect for us and would love to rent it again for another family vacation!

Summary: The owners of the unit are the BEST. Great people who go above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable, and great. I will always book this unit as long as it's available. It's close to every restaurant, stores etc. Great views, and this property is spotless. You won't find a cleaner unit to rent. You will not regret renting this property if you plan to vacation at Orange Beach. I am looking forward to my next vacation at Orange Beach and staying in this unit.

Summary: We all absolutely loved our stay. This condo was so amazing. This is our 6th return to Orange/Gulf shores area we just love the surroundings. The beaches absolutely stunning. The view from the condo breathtaking. All the rooms also had amazing views. The condo was clean. It had tons of amenities, games for family time ect. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Even staying on the 30th floor we didnt really wait for an elevator. We just happened to run into Mark on the elevator. He was such a nice man. Glad we had the chance to cross paths. Overall,the whole stay and experience was top notch and easy. We will definitely be staying here again or another one of their condos in the future. Thank you for the hospitality. Worth every penny.

Summary: We didnโ€™t think it could be even more beautiful than the picturesโ€ฆ but it was well above and beyond our expectations! The views and cleanliness was top notch! So much space, the decor and furniture was high quality and some our friends when they came to visit couldnโ€™t believe it! Our trip consisted of my wife and I along with our four kids. And hands down, we all felt like it was the best place weโ€™ve ever stayed. I couldnโ€™t believe even the extras that were in the closet like beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Thanks again for the stay! We hope to stay with you again in the future!
