The views from Phoenix West Unit 409 are amazing! The corner, warp around deck is huge and provides a wonderful area to sit and enjoy the gulf breeze!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Summary: The condo was easy to get to and checking in was super fast. Condo was bigger than the pictures showed and the view was amazing! Everything to do and eat were super close . 5 star rating!

Summary: Loved the keyless entry to the condo. The condo was perfect for our family with plenty of room to gather. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were suppled with everything we needed for a great stay. Also great communication with the management!! Responded quickly when we were having trouble with the keypad on our arrival. We’ll definitely return!!

Summary: Loved our summer family vacation in 409!! The rockets on the balcony were just perfect after a Long Beach day. The dual head showers felt wonderful. Only thing we’d change is replacing the pillows in all rooms they are super flat zero head support. That’s all! Bring your pillow and have a wonderful time making memories.
