Positive: The area and location was great. We did everything and went every place we wanted to do and never had to drive no more than 20 miles.
Negative: The only thing we didn't care for was the amount of stairs we had to climb. But it's the way it was built and there was nothing they could do about that.

Positive: I liked that it was spacious and fit my whole family for sleeping purposes.
Negative: Cleanliness could have been A LOT better. We had to clean the entire kitchen before cooking. Also lacked utensils and items to cook. Very little silverware. At least one item per person able to stay there would have been nice. Parking was also very difficult and the neighbors were VERY rude. Yelled at us the moment we pulled up about parking and we parked in the marked spot.
Summary: Cleanliness needs work, but works well for a large family for sleeping purposes.

Positive: Property was clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for guests. Beds were very comfortable and everything was as expected. Plenty of off street parking for guests. Felt safe coming and going throughout the night. Would definitely stay at this property again.
Negative: One designated parking spot was very tight to get into but was fine.
