Positive: This worked great for myself, an adult son and a 7 year old grandson. We each had our own room, a washing machine, two baths--made it very easy. Kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean. Parking was easy.

Negative: Replace ceiling lights in the downstairs bedroom and provide lamps on the night tables that are bright enough to read. Only thing that I'd really suggest is not to require guests to strip the beds and place towels, linens by the washer and put trash out. I wouldn't mind doing that, but getting up for an early flight and managing a child, luggage, etc. at 5 in the morning--that's a bit much.

Summary: A wonderful surprise that worked well.

Positive: Close to downtown. Liked area . Good place to park. Roomy and well decorated.

Negative: Did not realize that there were 22 steps to access property. We did not cook, but I do believe it was set up well to cook.

Summary: We used this property mainly for sleeping. The parking was great. Liked the area. Very clean. Good value.

Positive: Great location. Very nice facilities. Roomy for three people. Having three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two separate floors was helpful.

Negative: Having toiletries in the upstairs bedroom would have been better, but that isn't a major issue.

Positive: Very clean and loved the fact that tvs are in every bedroom! Very spacious 😍 Loved all the decor and appliances.

Negative: Stairs. It seems unsafe going up the stairs and nowhere to grab especially towards the top of the stairs. Not enough lighting at night.

Positive: The house was in a cool area which had excellent, friendly bars and restaurants which were great value for money. The house was ideal for two couples. Comfortable and well equipped.
