Positive: This house was such a good find! We loved everything about it from the location on the beautiful river, the open fire, having all the amenities we could possibly need, being so close to everything but also feeling worlds away. It was one of the most memorable weekends and we will cherish it forever & will definitely be back!!
Negative: We had some trouble with the booking originally and getting the keys out of the lock box but once we were in, everything was perfect.

Positive: The location was perfect. However, property condition subpar.
Negative: Many little things within the property not cleaned to standards or working correctly but nothing to destroy the stay. On booking as we were there for 12 nights over Xmas and new years we had asked to have family over and this was approved. On boxing day the owner called me to advise my guests had to leave. However, they were not staying just visiting. Property is fitted with live feed cameras. When we checked out (1 day early), I advised the owner so he could get the cleaner in on the Saturday rather than pay Sunday rates. I then got a text a few hours later advising me that we had used kitchen appliances excessively...? Still a lovely stay. However, the live feed cameras and ants within the house would have me not return.

Positive: We had such a great time here. The house complete with everything we need. Such a quite and calm neighborhood. Range of games and activities for both adult & kid. A++ for the bed, super comfy! Surely we will recommend this place to others.
Summary: Peaceful place to stay. Especially the outdoor seating facing river view. We really enjoyed our stay
