This 3 x 2, pet friendly home with its beautiful views over the water is waiting for you to book.
The Cove is in a quiet neighbourhood where you can enjoy you morning coffee looking over the beautiful man made lake from your balcony or breakfast in the airy sunroom. It really is a lovely area for a quiet get away for the family or with a few friends. Keep cool in summer with the evaporative cooling system to every room and warm in the winter with a split system in the lounge area.
Located a stones throw away from the Murray River, were you'll find a great little Bar and Grill called Jetty's and a little swimming spot near the jetty and paths running along the river for a nice walk. All of this within walking distance of the property. There are boat ramps nearby so bring your boat as there is fishing, crabbing and so much more fun to do be had on the river. It's a great spot for kayaking, bird watching and dolphin spotting. Several local bar's around the area can be reached by car or boat. A small complex with IGA, chemists and bottle shop for all your needs only 6 mins drive away, lawn bowls and plenty of live music at the local taverns.

Summary: We all had a great stay here, all you need for a relaxing stay. Awesome views, beautiful ducks, ornamental fish, swans etc right at your back door/balcony. Secure parking, outdoor entertaining and more. We all loved it!

Summary: This is a really lovely, peaceful place. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the smell of cigarettes in the lounge area, despite all windows open and air freshener. Shame because we loved everything else.

Summary: We stayed three nights at The Cove and had a very relaxing time, spending most of our time on the deck which was a highlight. The only thing I’d make future guests aware of is that you do hear the hum of traffic noise from Forrest Highway. Also the deck area is not fenced off (so we kept our little dog on a lead the whole time for fear of her falling off the deck). Also consider bringing your own towels as the ones provided are looking a bit tired. We liked the comfy beds and comfy couch; decent sized bbq and there are plenty of dvds and board games to play. I’d suggest to the owners to throw out some of the chipped crockery, and to get some more teaspoons as we always seemed to run out. Coasters, placemats and a platter or serving tray would also have been handy. But these suggestions are little things and didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment. We loved seeing swans, ducks, shags and koi from the little deck. We’d recommend this place for adults. Thanks Aimee, your communication was so quick and you were very accommodating of our requests. We hope to be back really soon!
