Summary: This unit is at the heart of all the action in El Condado, with security 24hrs. Walking distance to shops, market, restaurants, the beach and hotel/casinos. Whatever you are looking for this will be your studio. if you want to just relax and have a good time, just stay at the balcony with the magnificent views of San Juan. I personally stayed with my wife until 2:00am almost every night just talking and relaxing, I am already missing it. The communication with the owner is great, simple to check in and out instructions. I will be back to this studio.
