Updated 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage at Lake Cumberland, 1 mile from Lake Cumberland Marina. (Formerly Alligator 2 dock).
-Very private location at the end of a dead end street with plenty of room for parking your boat and a nice view of the cove.
-Lots of green space to run around and a charcoal grill, fire pit, and lpicnic tables for your use.
This listing is for Cabin #2, which is our Americana cottage.
Patriotic decor and a fun jetted tub to share, make this cottage a popular choice!
-Cabin 2 includes one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds, a dining area and a comfortable family area with flat screen TV, WIFI, and cable, along with a fully equipped kitchen.
Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed with all the linens, room darkening curtains, and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 has two twin beds with all linens, room darkening curtains, and a ceiling fan.
**You are welcome to bring an air mattress. We have extra linens in the cabin for this purpose. Maximum of 6, including children.
-Dining area has a table and chairs with seating for six.
-Kitchen is equipped with full size appliances including a microwave. The kitchen also has dishes, silverware, pots and pans, dish soap, mixer, toaster, regular coffee pot with filters, a keurig coffee maker, and most anything you would want to prepare a meal.
-Front deck with a bistro table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee, along with two extra chairs. Wooded view of the lake cove. Very pretty sunsets.
-Yard has a picnic table, charcoal grill and a fire pit.
**We have 3 Cottages listed separately, but at the same location, making them perfect for a group of families vacationing together.

Summary: The house was clean and cute. Lots of outdoor space with a peek of the lake. Quiet, peaceful, and pretty. Good shower, lots of towels, plenty of space for two. I must say that I loved the couch! So comfy after a busy day. The Wi-Fi is only available next to the office, so for us, it wasn’t convenient. T-mobile doesn’t reach the house either. We were off the grid! Not necessarily a bad thing. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: This was a nice, quaint place near Lake Cumberland Marina. It was a little rustic on the outside but very clean and nicely decorated inside. It wasn't clear to us from the photos that this was one of three attached units but in the end that was not a drawback. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The cabin is decorated very cute and is well maintained. It is just down the street from Lake Cumberland Mariner and close to a boat ramp so the location is great. The people who run it are very accommodating .

Summary: My husband and I stayed here to shop the annual 127 yard sale. This cottage is very close to the sale route, I would say about a 15 minute drive. Which just about everything big - restaurants, etc is about 15/20 mins away. The cottage itself is very quaint and perfect for a couple or even with a few kids as well! It was well equipped, very clean, and perfect for our extended weekend stay.
