Only a 3 minute drive to the new Lake Cumberland Marina, formally Alligator Dock II. Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath with open floor plan All hardwood floors with open concept, wall of windows overlooking wood hillside with seasonal views of the beautiful Lake Cumberland! Two decks provide for plenty outdoor seating to enjoy a barbecue on the gas grill. The back deck offers gorgeous views of wooded hillside and cabin sits up amongst the trees....it’s like being in a treehouse! Due to this feature the home is not suitable for children. Cabin will sleep up to 6 adults utilizing the leather futon in the living room.
Marina offers overnight slip rental, launch ramp, fuel and restaurant. Plenty of space to park vehicle and boat trailer. Two restaurants within a five mile drive and the option of launching boat at two different boat ramps. One at Lake Cumberland Marina and the other at the end of state route 76 which is the old Alligator Dock I site. Both of these ramps are within 3 miles of the cabin. Exterior security cameras are in use on driveway area, front door area and A/C unit area.

Summary: Cottage is so cute & very clean. Had a blast even though hurricane ida decided to visit with rain bands 1 day. Lake water temp was perfect & marina staff were great. Sherry was very helpful with all questions. We'll be back. Thanks again for a great time!

Summary: We celebrated our 28th anniversary with a weekend getaway at Lake Cumberland, Russell Springs KY. The cabin was amazing! It has a great family history and was very clean with all the amenities you would need. We had a great weekend exploring the area and some fishing. We really enjoyed relaxing and just hanging out at the cabin taking in the scenery and unwinding. I would definitely recommend!

Summary: Needed a long, quiet weekend to to take a break from our hectic life. The little cabin, nestled in the woods, was exactly what We were looking for. It has obviously been remodeled recently, but the owners still kept the rustic aura and family history was left intact. So quaint. So enjoyable. The owner could not have been more accommodating. Made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this property. It is lovely.

Summary: Our girl’s trip was wonderful. The cabin was exactly as described with attention to detail that made if feel perfectly ours for the weekend. Sherry responded immediately to our check-in call. It was a 3 min drive to the marina and Kroger delivery was available for food and beverages. We would definitely stay again!
