Positive: Was in town just for a quick work trip and am SO GLAD I stayed here. The staff were all kind and greeted me with thoughtful customer service. There was always someone at the front desk if I had questions and the room was VERY clean. Would stay here again and can't say enough good things about the customer service here.

Negative: WAY off of our path we were traveling. Had to go through poorly marked road construction to get to. (Which is not the fault of hotel but made it VERY inconvienant to get to. )

Positive: Breakfast she took down 10 minutes early, they turned to juice machine while guests where still eating, wouldn't let other guests get breakfast while taking it down. I stayed at other hotels the others asked if we wanted more and always waiting till we was done eating.
Negative: They was knocking on the at 8am asking if we are checking out now.
