Need a vacation rental, a business stay or a temporary home. This place is for you. The house is a ranch style home perfect for you or your family and friends to have to yourself. There is a large beautiful back patio to enjoy for BBQs as well as a firepit that is entertainment ready. Large privacy fenced back yard. Located in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a large park 1 block from the house for the kids to enjoy as well as Holmes Lake park 4 miles away which offers fishing, kayaking , a 2 mile walking trail around lake, playgrounds and picnic areas. This house is located only 4 miles from downtown Lincoln for those who are sports fans, concert goer and enjoy the night life. Shopping malls as well as many other store within a few miles of the home. You are located 10 miles from the LIncoln Airport and 1 hour from the Omaha Airport. There is a bus system in the neighborhood as well as Uber to take you to your destination.
The house includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms upstairs have comfortable queen size beds .The kitchen has everything needed to cook all your meals. Grocery store is approx. 1 mile from the house. Upstairs also includes a large master bath. Downstairs there 2 more bedrooms one with queen size bed and another with 2 queen size beds along with another bathroom. Included also is a washer and dryer for your use.

If you are an outdoors person Nebraska offers many places for bike riding, fishing, and boating as well.

Summary: The only comment is about the WiFi. The connection is slow and couldn’t get connected in the two bedrooms in the basement . Everything else was good.

Summary: We went to Nebraska to watch out grandson play ball. There were 5 beds and 10 people. I put 4 when I rented which was my mistake. The owner was less than kind when he saw that there was more people. Since I paid for the room and there were 5 beds, I think he perhaps overreacted. The upstairs was great, however the downstairs needs a little love. I would not stay here again due to the owner being rude.

Summary: Excellent stay! My husband and two of our friends stayed here and it was such a good experience. Rhonda was so easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed throughout our time here. The location was great as well as it was so close to the grocery stores and Lincoln's downtown life. We definitely will be booking with Rhonda in the future for our return stays!

Summary: We came to Lincoln from Utah for the SCCA Solo National championship race. The house was priced comparable to hotels near the airport and had more space and was much cleaner. I prefer staying in a house for the living space and comfort. Being able to relax at the end of a long race day is very nice. Thanks again for the clean comfortable place to relax.
