Summary: The room was clean and bed was comfortable but on January 20th the elevator malfunctioned and I was trapped inside for over 20 minutes. I finally had to force the doors open myself to squeeze out. The elevator remained out of service for all guests the rest of that day and part of the next day until they were able to get it repaired. I am deeply traumatized by this experience. I received no apology from management or any type of compensation as a result of this mishap. I travel to this location frequently for work but will not be staying at this hotel again.
