This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 4 baths Eco-Friendly beach villa lies on the edge of one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, Sandy beach. This is a sustainable property, primarily powered with solar energy during daylight hours and Tesla lithium battery for night time hours. Hot water as well is provided by solar heated panels located on the roof top. This villa provides a serene and tranquil atmosphere, with a unique bohemian feel that’s very relaxing and peaceful as you unwind and relax. Whether lounging on hammocks beneath the thatched palapa or whale watching from our expansive rear deck on the bluff, this home is an exquisite getaway. This setting combines Rincon's world famous surfing beaches with its famous sunsets while in view of Desecheo Island. This beautiful home is continously updated to ensure maximum efficiency as well as comfort. We are thrilled with the outcome and hope you enjoy it as much as we did getting it ready for you. This villa is equipped with an owner/managers suite, located on upstairs level. Our goal is to make this home as 'green' as possible, yet providing comfortable accommodations for our guests, seeking an unforgetable getaway. You will find motion censored faucets in bathrooms to help reduce water consumption as it is very expensive. All shower heads are equipped with low flow output to again reduce excess water usage. You will also find solar panel lighting in various places outdoors to continue to reduce electric consumption. Our goal is to utilize the abundant sun Mother Nature has gives us, in the Caribbean, and contribute in helping future generations enjoy this beautiful island and world. With your help, we can make the difference. Hope you can assist in conserving energy while you visit this gorgeous and fun beach house. This property does NOT a back up generator for when electricity is out. Unfortunately, our solar power system is not powerful enough to run our air conditioner units, which work on grid power.

Summary: We arrived to the house late at night so we couldn’t really see much outside…. When we woke up and went outside !!!! WOW!!! Amazing view. The outside areas of this house is where we spent most of the time. Great place for paradise getaway. There’s a coffee shop 50’ from the house. If you want a paradise getaway this is definitely one to try. Owner was very responsive with answering questions and updating us with info

Summary: Incredible property. That being said we were blamed 8 days after our stay for smoking outside of the house. We did not. Same with holes in his outdoor furniture which photos were taken 8 days after we left and two other groups stayed there. Great spot and location, just wish we didn’t have to pay an extra 500

Summary: This house is really a private resort. Views are amazing and lush natural vegetation provides amazing privacy. Your own door way and 3 steps to the beach. Upper deck views cannot be beat for privacy and the 180 degree view of the ocean and beach. Small pool was perfect for kids and outdoor area was where we spent all our time. You’re on the beach but with all the comforts of loungers, couches, and hammocks. House was clean but dated, which we did not mind at all when you have the ocean breeze blowing through the whole house. Jakes Java coffee shop 1 minute walk in the morning. Restaurants 5-10 minute walk. Easy 10 min drive into downtown Rincon. This is a hidden gem in a quiet paradise. This property is on a bluff overlooking sandy beach and the ocean. It is truly amazing!

Summary: This special house right on Sandy Beach is by far my favorite place to stay on my visits to Rincón. This time, I was with a small group but I’ve been there with a large group, and there is so much beautiful outdoor deck space that there’s a spot for everyone to have a nook to read, sunbathe, do some yoga or have a conversation without being in anyone else’s space. And then there’s the gorgeous beach. If big waves aren’t your cup of tea, this stretch of beach isn’t for you. We loved it and spent most of our stay there. So glad the host provided beach chairs and an umbrella. The price is on the high side, but you definitely do get what you pay for. Host also responds very quickly. I hope this house will be available and well cared for for years to come.

Summary: First of all, Rusty is the man. Despite some things that could’ve ruined our vacation (a flat tire, similar incidents), outside of Rusty’s control — it was perfection. 4 couples stayed for 4 days. The view from the upper deck can’t be beat, the beach has practically a private section for the house, and the city offered a lot of entertainment. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer host and genuinely considering re-renting next year.

Summary: This house is situated perfectly on the beach. The home was immaculate. The added bonus of the upper deck looking over the ocean was exceptional. The owner , Rusty, was great. Any questions were quickly answered and attended to. If you are traveling to Rincón I highly recommend this home.

Summary: The house was in a great location near Sandy Beach and not too far from Rincon. The house had plenty of room and the outdoor space was really nice. The pool was small buy just right for our 3 year old grandaughter. She loved it!

Summary: We have rented Coralina Del Mar several times - it's one of our favorite spots in Rincon - it truly is such a unique and special place. The house is adequately equipped with kitchen and bath supplies. The linens are nice and the beds are comfy. The bedroom lay out is nice in that there are several options for both couples and singles, and plenty of bathrooms for all to share. Some of the furnishings, fixtures and finishes are a little tired or out dated, but overall, the aesthetic is relaxing and serene. The outdoor space and the location of the property is what draws us back time after time. The lower level pavilion is great for lounging in a hammock or gathering around the outdoor sofas. The side deck is fun to sit at with a cup of coffee and watch the beach-goers and the waves. The pool is small but great for a quick dip. The upper deck makes you feel like you are in a tree house, with expansive views of sandy beach and the ocean beyond... it's the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail and watch the surfers, look for whales, and catch the sunset. There are several spots within walking distance to grab a meal or a drink including Tamboo, Casa Verde, Jake's Java, and Jack's Shack. Slightly further, but still walkable are Casa Islena and Red Flamboyan. Rusty is great - always quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. We will be back again, for sure. I can't imagine a trip to Rincon without taking in the scene from the treetop deck.
