Everything is brand new; mattresses, bed frames, nightstands, couches, TV’s, bathroom vanity, kitchen appliances etc!
You will have the property to yourself but I will be in town and available if you need anything!
It’s going to be the corner house on the end of Lafayette St!

Summary: We had a bit of an emergent need at our house, to need somewhere to take the family for the eve. We wanted to have a little more freedom than renting a hotel. It was close enough for us to drive to, quiet area, very cute place! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for our family. The host was great to work with, as I mistakenly booked the wrong dates, he fixed it right away. We were very happy with the short stay!

Summary: Nice property, as shown in pictures. Easy to access, convenient location, responsive communication.One note - it’s a duplex and the rental is half so the porch area is only one side. Still plenty of room, no noise from the other side, no complaints. Would book again.

Summary: Overall our stay was pretty good. The room downstairs was difficult for our kids to sleep in because of the drafty windows and squeaky bunk bed. The dishes were really dirty but we ran to the store and got new sponges, soap, and batteries for the thermostat because they were almost dead. Still much better than a hotel and the host was very responsive.

Summary: The property was nice and clean. Plenty of space to feel at home in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to get to Wichita, Valley Center and other nearby cities. The living room light was a little tricky to figure out at first, but once both switches were "on" it worked great.
