Negative: The beds. Our son is 6’3” and my husband is 6’4”. Beds were too small and uncomfortable for them. Everything else was fabulous.

Positive: A sparkling clean chick apartment located in a prime and calm residential place yet closer to all the amenities and transport needs. Professor who hosted us (who owns the place) is such a pleasure to talk with and he took more than an hour of his time to explain us the property, show us the neighbourhood and also introduced us to the culture of Lisbon.
Negative: The rooms were slightly small. It is perfect for a family of 4. We were 5 adults. That was a minor thing but there is nothing to point out that were dislikes.

Positive: The apartment was a charming historic property that has been beautifully refurbished. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay, and having a dishwasher was a great convenience. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The location was fantastic, with a supermarket and metro station just around the corner, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was an enjoyable and convenient stay.
Negative: It’s not really the host’s fault, but if other guests on the floors above aren’t respectful, it can feel like they’re right in the apartment with you. The building has two main doors, likely the original ones, which are not soundproof. This makes it challenging to get a good night’s sleep when others are noisy. Perhaps adding a sign on the stairs reminding guests to keep noise levels down would be helpful.
