Positive: The flat in Graça was a really great choice - not so touristy area, but still within walking distance of many attractions. The place itself is really well maintained and in good shape. The beds are quite comfortable. AC works fine.
Negative: There’s sleeping space for 4 people, but the flat is not really comfortable for so many people (especially in the living room and kitchen). Also the bathroom is really tiny, and even though none of us is a big person we had trouble towelling after taking shower.
Summary: Comfortable city stay in a quiet, authentic neighbourhood.

Positive: This apartment is absolutely wonderful. It fully  corresponded to the description and met our expectations. It was very cozy and thanks to its clever design, all the amenities were effectively incorporated. It was very clean and had everything that a traveller might need: a wide range of kitchen utensils, household appliances, cleaning products, down to aluminum foil paper and olive oil. In the bathroom, shampoo and shower gel were provided, along with plenty of toilet paper and enough towels for a family of four. Each room has a separate air conditioner. Nuno and Isabel are very open and eager to make guests feel comfortable. They reached out with a welcome message before our arrival in Lisbon, recommending things to do and places to visit both in and around the city, which helped to plan our trip. Then, Isabel greeted us in person in the flat, which I thought was lovely. Throughout our stay, the hosts kept in touch and responded to messages quickly. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.
