This is a delightful modern year around lake front cottage - recently updated and redecorated. Large modern kitchen and bath with walk-in shower. Two spacious bedrooms each with queen beds. Large living room with dining area and great lake views through two sliding glass doors to the full width deck overlooking lake. There is a new queen sofa bed in living room, along with new large smart screen TV. Cable programming and high speed wireless internet. Very nice hot tub. Outdoor charcoal grill and fire pit. Very nice yard and beach frontage, along with dock. Delightfully decorated. Well maintained and exceptionally clean. Kayaks and bikes available to rent for $25/day/item - delivered to cottage.
In cottage massages, private wine tours, kayak and canoe rentals, motor boats, horseback riding, bike rentals, yoga are all available for the asking, and at various costs. Please contact us for any details.

Summary: We had a nice relaxing stay at the property. The hot tub is a necessity and made this place stand out. Cute decor and set up as we arrived which was a nice touch.My main critiques lie within the really easy upgrades that there could be to make the comfortability more complete. The shower head is a glorified water spicket that just shoots water at you (not ideal if you want to take a relaxing shower). The only couch in the living room is pretty rough. It’s a pull out which I understand to make more room for people, but it really hits at the comfort that is desired when you want to just settle down and watch a movie after enjoying dinner or the hot tub. Updating those 2 things seems incredibly easy to me, cheap, and would have immediate payoff. No complaints anywhere else, just shy of ideal.

Summary: We were here celebrating a birthday. The primary need was for a hot tub and that was fulfilled great. The hot tub was clean, fully operational and easy to use. The house was exactly as advertised and pictured. Great location near wineries and breweries. We loved Abandon Brewery, it was a bit further out but had the feel of a local dive but the beer and food were great. Thanks to the Hokes for hosting!

Summary: We had lovely week at this cute little house. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything to create a nice meal. The hottub was welcomimg after a long day of hiking. The location was in close proximity to the wineries and trails.

Summary: A great cottage overlooking Seneca Lake. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful back deck with great views, we watched local Osprey on the hunt for fish every night. Some stairs lead to a dock with a ladder to the water. The lake is spring fed and very clear to at least 4 feet. Has a hot tub and charcoal grill. Highly recommend staying here.

Summary: This place was exactly what we were looking for!! Perfect place to spend my birthday! SPECTACULAR LAKE VIEW! They let us bring our boat - so thankful!! We LOVED sitting on the dock, just enjoying the sun/breeze/water! The house had everything we needed! the lay out makes it feel spacious, and cozy at the same time!! Nice size deck and hot tub - checks so many boxes!! We felt so relaxed - like we were a million miles away! thank you for sharing! i hope we can come back!
