Other Policy Cancelations can be made free of charge up to 15:00 atlantic standard time the day before arrival. if canceled or modified later, or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged, please note, an extra bed can only provided in the queen room with kitchenette. an additional charge will apply, less than 2 minutes' drive from downtown antigonish and 1.2 mi from st francis xavier university, included for all guests is our "heart healthy" breakfast which consists of freshly baked blueberry scones, slow cooked porridge with numerous toppings of fresh fruits, berries, nuts and grains. you will also enjoy prepared to your liking farm fresh poached or boiled eggs, each guest room offers a fully-equipped kitchenette and a fireplace. additional amenities include in-room coffee and tea. every room has its own private bathroom with a bathrobe, slippers, and hairdryer. a coin operated laundry is on site, parking is free.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Positive: Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The scones were delicious too😊 This inn was in the perfect location between Cape Breton and Halifax. We also enjoyed walking in town; lots of shops and restaurants.

Positive: The room was nice. There is a breakfast provided but I didn't partake. The room itself was cozy. I liked that you could cook your own meals if you wanted. I was hoping for a pool, but the property was too small.
Negative: you had to keep the curtains closed because of the homes close by.
Summary: Quiet, peaceful. A great taking off point to go to Cape Breton or areas East of Antigonish.

Positive: Location for us was super. The room was very accessible, warm in decor and well- appointed:) The hostesses were wonderful in communication and they accommodated us for a very early checkin which was upon their call of duty!
Negative: We were somewhat disappointed that the buffet breakfast was not offered as we were on off- season with our stay. Understandable ..and they did offer a basket breakfast to the room which was nice to have:) but it would've been nice to have known that info prior to booking. Everything else was lovely!
