Negative: Toilet was a little low. Felt like a kiddy one.

Positive: The included Breakfast was fantastic. Everything was hot and quick to the table. Please remember to tip the wonderful staff here. I think some people may forget this when breakfast is included in their stay.

Summary: To sum it up, everyone was very welcoming. The bed was super comfy, very clean no issues .

Positive: The location was great, right in the town centre and close to local bars and shops. We visited in the winter so there was not much open and the park was closed due to snow. Breakfast and the diner on site was exceptionally good, a rare treat. All staff were very friendly and helpful. When we decided to shorten our stay to get ahead of the weather, the manager called me to make sure we were not leaving because there was a problem with the room. The bed was very comfy and the room was warm, with a table and two solid armchairs.

Negative: The hotel doesn't have a gym or a pool. We were in the main hotel and there was no elevator to the rooms on the upper floor, if we'd had lots of bags or cases it would have been a problem. Parking was difficult when we first arrived as the parking lot is shared with the diner on site, and was busy with lunch service.

Positive: Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint is that there was no non-dairy milk so I couldn't have my coffee.

Negative: I would prefer a room with no carpet, but I know that many places do not have this option.
