Positive: The location is excellent if you are to have the whirlpool steamboat tour. Staff are very courteous and helpful. There was a dance performance in the evening. The onsen is nice. Parking spaces are plentiful.

Negative: The room was a bit too warm and I have difficulty in adjusting the air conditioning.

Positive: The room was clean and spacious. Balcony view was great to view the sunrise and moon road at night (could see a bit of Onaruto bridge from room). Hotel had many activities all needed extra-charge if you wish to join; had a bit of everything if you wanted to experience local culture like indigo colour dyeing, pottery painting, japanese paper making, fishing etc. Outdoor onsen was nice on first floor; also had indoor onsen on top floor. Japanese breakfast had many selections and was delicious.

Negative: Many information in japanese. Price for the overall experience and quality was a bit high compared to other hotels we stayed in Shikoku.

Summary: Would look into other hotel next time.

Positive: Dinner at the Teriyaki Grill was wonderful. Nice location on the beach. Enjoyed a drum and dance show while we were there. Nice Onsen facilities.
