Positive: Close to whirlpool cruise terminal. Excellent breakfast & dinner buffet. Lots of fresh sashimi and sushi. Great Onsen with spa, sauna and pools of different temperatures. Very helpful waitress in restaurant who helped us select a local sake.

Negative: It’s a matter of personal preference but the one futon they lay down when they prepared the tatami room for the night is a little hard. Putting an extra one on top would made it more comfortable. There were spares in cupboard.

Positive: Good location, have two window in my room, very nice view, but I have bad weather when I stay.

Negative: they made an error on the room I booked with a sea view. they fixed it on the spot but not exactly the same view.

Positive: Great location with beautiful view, easy to find Quiet, clean spacious room, spa great view including rooftop spa Free good coffee and juice all day, 6pm to 10pm free ice cream service was great. Cute Yukata selections to choose from

Negative: Roof top spa too hot water temperature, to the level of almost spicy to the skin Heard buffet food is good but no try…next time
