Positive: Clean, spacious, everything you need. Short walk to Lidl (5mins), slightly longer walk into main city centre. Key code access and staff were on hand via message anytime you need help, We were delighted with it.
Negative: Would like another pillow each/ toaster but we coped fine without.

Positive: It was a really nice apartment, very clean and with all the provided amenities. The hotel has easy access to the city centre and the major sites and spots of interest!
Negative: The only thing to mention is that there were two single beds instead of a double size one!

Positive: We chose this hotel for our wedding stay and it truly was an extraordinary experience. You could see that the family that created it and runs it poured a lot of energy and attention to every detail. The place was sparkling clean. We were given so much support and we were treated with a lot of kindness. The hotel offers everything you need to feel at home, you can cook, do your laundry, etc.

Positive: I liked the friendly and helpful staff. It was our first time in Sofia and we immediately received a warm welcome through text and in-person. The receptionist/owner gave us valuable tips and suggestions on places to see in Sofia. My partner and I stayed for 3 nights and returned again for one more night because we enjoyed our time there so much and felt a reciprocated respect and partnership with the staff there.
Negative: The quality of the kitchenware definitely. It was sometimes difficult to cook with the utensiles provided because some were made of plastic instead of wood or silicone. I'm being very nitpicky because otherwise the place was luxurious and extremely accomodating to many demographics. I could see the paartments working for couples, groups of friends and families.
Summary: It was an unforgettably pleasant, comfortable and high-end experience.
