Positive: The apartment is in the heart of Palmanova with easy access to shops and the beach. The apartment complex has its own pool and there is car parking available. The host was very welcoming and friendly and helpful.
Negative: It could be a little noisy first thing in the morning with street cleaning and bin emptying.
Summary: Great location and very comfortable apratment.

Positive: The location was excellent. Close to beach and lovely restaurants. You can stroll along the beach front or shops fronts from apartment to magaluff very easily. The apartment was a good size with kitchen/ lounge area and balcony and a good size bedroom. Our towels were changed 3 times during a 9 night stay, and our beds changed once. Communication from Ziane (owner)was excellent prior to arrival and during our stay.
Negative: The apartment was well equipped. However, it didn't have an oven, which we missed as it was self-catering. Pillows were very soft, but we're fussy about our pillows 😴

Positive: We got information about our key a few hours prior arrival. Everything was very detailed, we found what we needed.
Negative: The lightning in the rooms was too bright. We would also appreciate if there were blinds in the kitchen, because everyone could see us from the restaurant below and also our neighbors. This wasn't really comfortable.

Negative: Not a deal breaker but exhaust fan in toilet would be sensible idea

Positive: Great communication with the host, super comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, free parking, close to the beach.
Negative: The apartment is older than it looks on the pictures (there are many streaks and scratches on the walls, drawers in the bathrooms are a little damaged, the bathroom door didn't close properly). We also had a problem with locking / unlocking the entrance door, looks like the key does not fit well or the door lock is broken. Due to the orientation to the main street it was pretty noisy even at night, so you cannot sleep with an open window, we got used to it, but it could be a problem for someone.
