Positive: Located in Palma Nova, close to the sea and Cala Mago which is quite of an encounter, the place was tidy and comfy. Even I requested the 2nd day to change to a more silent part of the building, as on hours was noisy, and it was immediately done, + we got a balcony without any neighbours. Super nice and big thanks !

Negative: No lift but not a big deal a few small flights of stairs.
