Welcome to Apartamentos los Nazarenos!
We rent 5 spacious villas around a tropical garden, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by colourful hammocks.
You can keep up your condition in our gym which has an eliptical cross trainer, an ab bench, weights and yoga mats.
If this apartment is unavailable, ask for our other apartments or rooms.
We are located in a quiet cobble stone street at walking distance of all main tourist attractions. Secure parking available across the street.
We have discounts according to the length of your stay:
1 week --> 30% discount
2 weeks --> 40% discount
3 weeks --> 50% discount
4 weeks --> 60% discount.
Our base price is for 2 people. Each extra person is 20 USD. The weekly discount also applies on those 20 USD.

Summary: Overall we had a great stay here and it is a good spot if you're looking for an extended stay. Pros: Spacious apartments with more room than we needed. Common area of the building is beautiful and a nice place to hang out and you get to know your neighbors there (we had a fun time hanging out in the Jacuzzi with ours). Good place to work from with the extra space, good wifi, and daily option for prepared lunch. Good security measures makes it feel safe inside. The owner Tom is great and always available, and the rest of the staff are also very nice and helpful. Cons: The location is a little far from most things in town (although Ubers are really cheap if you don't want to walk the 10-20 min). The street you're on looks a little sketchy at night. We were a little worried pulling up the first night we got in, but it ended up being totally fine for us.

Summary: Family of 6 had a great stay in Aintigua thx to entire staff at Nazeranos, especially Margeory. Rooms were clean and spacious, common areas were fantastic, pool, hot tub, hammocks, etc. Lunches were great and security was top notch, would reccomend to anyone wanting to stay within walking distance of Antigua, absolutely wonderful.

Summary: This place is a hidden gem! Perfect for our family. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us. The place is beautiful. We highly recommend it and would 100% stay here again if we return to Antigua. We were very much at home during our month-long stay. Thanks for making our time in Antigua extra special!

Summary: We were so pleased with our stay from the moment we arrived. The property is immaculately clean and beautifully designed. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartments are gorgeous, bright and spacious. Everything is so clean which makes such a difference when you are away from home. And the staff were incredible. Special thanks to Margeory for all her help when I got sick. She made me tea, called a house-call doctor and filled my prescription for me. I can’t thank her enough. She is a very special person! We will never stay anywhere else in Antigua and we will recommend Apartamentos los Nazarenos to all of our friends too! Thank-you so much!

Summary: Wow, what a great place. I rented an apartment here for two months and enjoyed every day of my stay. Tom is an amazing host. He's super helpful with anything you need, including advice about the town and arranging car travel. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating and go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. The place itself is amazingly comfortable and very clean, with all the amenities you need for a very nice experience, and the Internet connection was fast and reliable. There's even a refrigerator in the common area that's stocked with a variety of drinks, including sodas and beer and wine, and a cabinet with coffee and games. The laundry area was super convenient and made cleaning clothes a breeze. The inner courtyard, with the well-manicured grass and the relaxing hammocks, felt peaceful and quiet and like an oasis from the bustle of the rest of Antigua. It's a 20-minute walk to the center of Antigua, and the walk is pleasant with the amazing weather and the great views of Volcan Agua along the way. I highly recommend staying here, and if I'm ever back in Antigua, I'll absolutely be staying here again.
