Positive: Casa Bella made our trip to Antigua so comfortable and stress free. The location is great. The hot water was ample, wifi strong enough to stream shows at night, and the beds so comfortable! The best part was our host, Elvis, who was so helpful and gracious and even arranged a pharmacy delivery when my daughter got sick. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. It exceeded expectations!

Positive: We loved having the floor to ourselves with the private outdoor dining area and the jacuzzi for 2 was the best!
Negative: The TV was tricky but eventually I was able to log into my Netflix. Just remember to log out at the end of your stay!

Positive: The air conditioning worked well, the shower was hot, and it was nice to have a coffee maker in the room. The staff were also very friendly and held our luggage while we hiked Acatenango.
Negative: The walls really needed to be cleaned and painted as they had stuff splattered on them and looked very dirty. Also the floor in our room needed to be mopped. You could see dirty footprints on the floor and hair from previous guests.

Positive: Elvis at the front desk was a delight. He was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good. Staff was friendly.
Negative: Door lock needed repair as key often wouldn't open it. Toilet seat was loose and had to be repaired three times in four days. One roll of toilet paper in bathroom. When we needed more, we had to go to the front desk (just ridiculous). Steps from entrance up to sitting area had no railing. It was a problem for two people in our group.
