Positive: We got our room a couple of hours early and were also able to keep it for a couple of hours longer than normal at no extra charge. Great customer service.
Negative: There was no access to the swimming pool; it appeared to be completely closed, as there were no chairs or benches there.

Positive: The location is awesome. The room was super clean and tidy. Wifi was very good. Great staff.
Negative: Might be, some more options in breakfast would have been good. There could have been dedicated shampoo/conditioner than just a one in all thing.

Positive: Loved that I had everything I needed. There was a lift and the staff were lovely! The front desk is 24/7 which is helpful when checking in late, however I checked in early and was lucky enough to get access to my room earlier too! Check out is at 11 which is more generous than other places nearby. Close to the beach/ promenade. There is a tram right out the front which takes you right into town as well as the airport (other direction). Super handy! Would stay again! Room is clean and has a fridge and kitchen and balcony! Bathroom good size and plenty of cupboard space.
Negative: Was probably a bit expensive for just me, but if you were travelling with another it would be a little more reasonable. I think the prices were higher because of the F1 and other events in the south of France at the time. This place is probably about a 20 mins from Nice Ville (CBD). This isn’t too bad if you don’t mind walking and staying out of all the main touristy areas. It can seem a little sketchy at night in some areas but I felt relatively safe travelling to and from my accomodation late at night. There are a lot of ebikes and scooters (Lime/ Pony) to rent if you need. I did this most nights/ days as walking gets a bit much sometimes!

Positive: Very friendly staff, excellent location with access to frequent trams and the promenade is literally a 3 or 4 minute stroll. Great balcony
Negative: Corridor furnishings and some aspects of decor were very tired and worn. A choice of fresh fruit at breakfast would have been good
