Summary: It was just far from everything. We had to take long train rides everywhere and the taxi ride from Heathrow was $200. The facility was great, really nice actually, but the cost of transport to and from made it less worth the discounted price.

Summary: Nice overall. I don't find the staff too friendly, but helpful overall. I asked if they can post the postcards for me (I have already attached stamps), bhr they refused as they said they would then need to be responsible. I am quite surprised by this reply, especially at an ibis hotel chain.
