Summary: Property neighborhood is great, but it is very far from central London , it takes 1 hour drive to London due to a mandatory speed limit of 20 miles per hour. Apartment beds are very tiny and bedding sheets are stained ,and yellowish color, overall property needs a deep cleaning

Summary: While I was grateful to find a place last min, this place looks better online than it is in person. Apparently it is managed by 3 different people, most unresponsive, except Jaime (at times). The couch cushions had stains and smelled, while it was a pullout, they did not provide additional sheets, pillows, or blankets, bed sheets also had stains, walls need a paint job bad, seat cushions were torn around the edges, the flat is on the 3rd floor, no lift. That should be emphasized in the listing. Lugging up suitcases is not an easy feat, especiallyfor elder adults. Bedrooms were also upstairs. Instructions for the shower should also be included. The thermostat was controlled by the the host, so I had to reach our for them to put it up a degree. No salt in the kitchen. Location was not bad, close to the tube, some small restaurants and shopping.

Summary: AMAZING experience!! The location is lovely, quiet, calm neighborhood, we felt safe the whole time. There’s a grocery store right around the corner as well as a nice coffee shop called Costa Coffee. Bus stop right in front of the coffee shop which is down the street from this place which makes it easy to commute. There are also a couple food options down the road from this place, a mall and movie theater! The host was awesome and responsive. He made staying there simple and easy. The place itself was spotless and modern. We absolutely loved staying here!! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would be happy to stay here again! Thank you SOOOO much!!!
