Summary: Nicolo’s place was great. Nice location to see Rome with public transportation (minus the one day strike which is not the stay’s fault) while having a nice patio to drink wine in the evening or coffee in the morning. Nice little sandwich shop and coffee shop virtually next door. Nicolo gave us some tips for restaurants and was willing to make a reservation for us. Recommended.

Summary: We had a wonderful 2 months at the Vatican apartment. Nicolo was a fantastic host and was quick to help us navigate Rome. He was always available and had some great recommendations for local restaurants. The apartment had everything that we needed to feel at home for our stay. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

Summary: This property is the perfect location to stay to visit the Vatican or take a tour of Rome. Very nice neighborhood with cafes, markets, shops all within walking distance. Nicolo is an outstanding host & went out of his way to provide everything we needed. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a lush private garden. Perfect to relax & unwind after a day trip. I would highly recommend Vatican Villa property to families or couples looking for a true Italian living experience.
