Positive: very pleasant accommodation. Everything was clean, tidy, they cleaned every day. Breakfast was sweet, coffee, tea. We were satisfied. 10 minutes walk from the Vatican. Highly recommended. Emiliano very pleasant, kind, he also recommended restaurants to us.

Negative: Only the fact that our room didn’t had the bathroom inside, it was outside our room. I think it was the only one

Positive: Emiliano the host was very polite and welcoming and full of useful information. We could whatsapp him any time with questions, and he was quick to respond with accurate information. It was 7-10 minutes walking distance from the Vatican, which was important but also quiet. It was a 15-20 minute walk to San Pietro train station, which can go into town and then out from Termini to Castel Gandolfo, or to Trastevere and on to Fiumicino airport. The bus stop was 5-7 minutes walk away. Ww had the twin bedroom was compact with twin beds, bedside tables, an area to hang clothes, a side ledge/food bar with two chairs and a coffee maker. A door led onto a balcony with a table and chairs where we sat in the evening. It was very clean with all the essentials and a kitchen and fridge to keep and cook food. There was a private bathroom for the room. With the hot weather, the air conditioner was very welcome. Unfortunately we were so busy fulfilling our bucket list we didn't take any pictures of the room or kitchen area. But the pictures of the twin room and the separate bathroom are pretty accurate. With three rooms behind the same front door, it could be used for a family if there are no strangers there at the time.

Negative: One had to be mindful of the small platform that lights up between the kitchen and the bedrooms. You have to step up and then step down to get between the two, which older clients with leg lifting issues need to be aware of, otherwise for most people it is no problem at all.

Summary: Perfect for a Vatican visit and getting in and out of Rome

Negative: A bit far to walk to to the main attractions when the weather is not perfect.but we took 20 min direct bus.

Positive: Host is a very nice and helpful guy. The location is also good – 5 minut walk to the Vatican City, close to the bus station (line 64 or 46 will drive you to every Roma must-have place).

Negative: The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours. Breakfast was also not what we expected, but i quess that's what Italians eat.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. Emiliano went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the stay was enjoyable—he were always available for questions, quick to provide local tips, and truly seemed to care about our experience. The location is ideal, close to the Vatican and major sights, yet peaceful and quiet. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and pastries each morning. This guesthouse truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in Rome! 10/10

Positive: The guesthouse is in the perfect location, just minutes away on foot from Saint Peter’s Square. It is a lovely neighbourhood and building. Emiliano is the perfect host, he provided anything we needed and responded instantly to our messages. He even brought a brand new coffee machine when the one in our room broke. The breakfast was good. The room, kitchen and bathroom very clean and tidy. They cleaned every day. I recommend. It is the perfect stay in Rome!!

Negative: The only thing we didn’t like is that our private bathroom was outside the room, but it is not a big deal. We would have just liked it better if it was in the room (the other rooms had en suite bathroom). But again, this was just a minor dislike :)

Positive: Location was good, and was quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Our host was kind and helpful. I liked that you could help yourself in the shared kitchen. Food supplied for breakfast was okay. If you can't walk hills or stairs, this may not be the place for you, but was not an issue for us.
