The residence is ideally located for visiting the city and its surroundings. It is 5 minutes from the palm grove, 5 minutes from the city center (Guéliz) and 20 minutes from the airport. The Marjane supermarket (open from 9 am to 10 pm 7 days a week) with its many shops and restaurants is only a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment is brand new (barely 3 years old). It consists of a large living room, 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, fully equipped kitchen, a superb terrace of 15 square meters (open view on the Atlas and palm grove), dining room (6 chairs ), Balcony with table and chairs in rattan (view on the swimming pool).

The apartment is fully equipped. Household equipment includes Dishes and cutlery, vacuum cleaner, Cooking utensils, Stove, Microwave, Iron, Refrigerator-freezer, Oven, Washing machine, Coffee machine, LCD TV - DVD player, Satellite / Cable and Wifi.
