Summary: The apartment at Les Minimes was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The sea view was beautiful and always something to watch on the water. Our bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The apartment has a rear room with a second sofa which is useful. The kitchen was really well equipped. We were met by Liliane who was lovely and really helpful. We were provided with a sheet of information and there were a host of tourist leaflets to take. She showed us the dustbin area and the garage. Frederique enquired about our stay via email. Communication was very good. A great stay and so near local shops, bus stop and water taxi. The apartment deserves 5 stars.

Summary: ...with a beautiful view to the sea. The next beach is just 100m away; the city center is about 3 KM walking distance. But it's a nice walk along the harbor and the front of the sea. In the area around the flat, just a few minutes walking, there are some bars and restaurants, bakery, little supermarket etc. The owner of the flat is very friendly and very helpful; she give answer to all questions and explain everything.

Summary: The terrace was amazing and the appartment had everything and more than what we needed during the stay. If you want to visit La Rochelle and surroundings highly recommended. Frédérique is very welcoming and helpful with providing guidance and suggestions for the stay, she is and amazing host. We loved our stay.

Summary: The appartement is very nice and clean. Close to the beach, the harbour and still quiet. We were four persons and there was plenty of space. The appartement faces west and you can really enyoy the sunset at the balkony. The owner was very helpful. Great stay!!!

Summary: The apartment was very nice - very clean and very well-equipped! Fréderique and her son welcomed us very friendly and were very helpful! The surrounding is great: You can go bike riding and jogging along the coast, but you're also close to the city of La Rochelle, which is also very nice.

Summary: "Excellent panoramic unobstructed views of the sea from the veranda. It was the perfect location for us because we were in a sailing regatta and the local yacht club facilities are a very short walk. The apartment was well appointed, spotless and the owner was very nice and very helpful. The apartment was stocked with a few things to get you started, like olive oil and spices, so going to the market didn''t involve having to stock an entire pantry like some places I have rented. But of course we re-stocked and probably left more than we used, so it works out really well. We were very comfortable with a cross breeze through the windows even on a hot day. My only suggestion might be to add mirrors to the bedrooms so everyone doesn''t have to share the one in the bathroom to get ready to go out. Overall, it was one of the nicest apartments I have rented and I would return without hesitation."
