This very cozy Parisian apartment is located one block away from the Vosges square and Bastille square right in the Marais area.
The buiding dates from the 17th century. NO elevator but a great view on private courtyard. Therefore very quiet.
This apartment has been fully recently refurbished with a lot of style. It has wooden floors.
This 40m2 apartment is extremely functional and can easily accomodate 3 adults - with a full size bed and a fold out couch in the living room.
- Bedroom as a full size bed and a desk space.
- Living room has a fold out couch full size and one desk space as well as a confortable wardrobe and storage place.
- a dining area with table and 4 chairs.
- Kitchen is open plan with washer and a top induction stove. Traditionnal oven and microwave oven.
- Bathroom has a shower and toilet
- Twice a week open air market on Boulevard Richard Lenoir.
This apartment is a perfect «pied-à-terre» for your Parisian stay, its location is ideal, very central near all the great Parisian highlights, Latin Quarter , Seine river, Notre-Dame Cathedral, City island, Saint Louis island, the Picasso and Louvre museums.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed the unique loft accommodation. It was close to all the sites and shopping in Paris with privacy. The courtyard was great providing security. Everything we wanted was within walking distance I couldn’t have asked for more. Louis was extremely helpful showing us the Local amenities and making useful recommendations. Checkout process was simple. I would recommend this to anyone wanting necessities of home. It maybe difficult for older travellers with mobility issues due to the walk up access.

Summary: Stayed here with my 2 teenaged daughters. Charming and attractive apartment. Arthur gave us a great quick tour of the neighborhood that really helped us get oriented. Really lovely.

Summary: This property was a sweet little find in a lovely, quiet location in Paris. There was very easy access to the metro, so our arrival from the airport was a short train line on the RER line then a quick transfer to the metro followed by a 5 minute walk to the apartment. The space is exactly as advertised, except I cannot stress enough that the courtyard space for this building gives this apartment a sense of privacy and quiet that I have never experienced in Paris before. The space is very well equipped, but school yourself on making italian-style coffee on the stove top if you want coffee in the morning. The bathroom was spacious for such a small apartment, and the pictures don't really do it justice. The shower was FANTASTIC, and we needed it because we were there during the intense heat wave at the end of June. There was no AC, which is not unusual in France, but there were three fans and closing/shuttering the apartment during the day while we were out and then returning to open everything up and turn on the fans kept the space pleasantly bearable during an incredibly warm couple of days. I would ABSOLUTELY try and get this apartment again when I return to Paris with my husband, but may not because he is likely a little too tall (6'2") to be comfortable in the loft space. For me and my travel partner this time around it was perfect!

Summary: Within easy walking distance with luggage from the Bastille metro station. Great location. Perfect, cozy loft for 2-3 people. Don’t forget to make reservations for the very popular cafe across the street!

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Louis was a wonderful host, helping us check in and sharing information about the area. The flat is cozy. We enjoyed listening to music when we fixed dinner and planned for our next day's adventure. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice bathroom and shower!
