The apartment is at the foot of Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli, very close to the Assisi train station and 25 minutes walk to the assisi center and by train is 20 minutes from Perugia, 2 hours from Florence (direct train) and 2 hours from Rome (also direct train). It has a beautiful view of the city of Assisi and everything is in a walking distance, including grocery store, bus stop, train station, restaurants and everything else you might need during your stay.
The size is approximately 650 sq. Feet and it is in the second floor. There is an elevator and in the first floor there is a commercial center. It is conveniently located at 1/4 of a mile from the Assisi train station and it comes furnished. Air conditioned and heated with full kitchen and sleeps 3 people (or 4 if needed). There is also a washer and a laundromat shop downstairs.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay of a week in this new and comfortable apartment. At our arrival Tommaso, the sympathetic brother of the owner, explained to us everything we needed to know about apartment and surroundings. Th situation is ideal: around the corner you find a supermarket and a bar. Around the building is enough free parking space. The trainstation is a 3 minutes walk away, in 10 minutes you walk to the Basilica and several restaurants in Santa Maria degli Angeli, in 35 minutes to Piazza San Pietro in Assisi. I can't think of a better place to stay than this apartment, if you want to visit Assisi and it's surroundings. .

Summary: My family and I spent 4 nights here while touring the Umbria region. The apartment is in an excellent location; train station, bus stop, grocery store, small cafe and laundry are all very close and parking is right outside the door. It is also just a short walk into town where you can find many excellent restaurants and shopping. Tommaso gave us an excellent orientation to the apartment and surrounding area and Stefano was very helpful when we needed a tire store nearby. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Summary: I have spent three days in July 2016. The apartment is clean, spacious, quiet, and well designed. Everything is the way it has been described on the web-site. There is a fully functional kitchen and everything worked as expected. I could connect my laptop computer to the internet using a WiFi connection and I could use Skype. I have been able to park my car just in front of the building. The location is really wonderful. The owner is very helpful.
