This split level, 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment (2 en-suite) has the added benefit of bedroom 3 in basement being self contained with kitchenette, ideal for in laws or friends preferring some privacy and space. It is located in a quiet residential area on a hill within a short walk down to beaches and numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Excellent location for both lazy beach holidays and site-seeing.
Air conditioning / heating in lounge, main bedroom and basement, plenty of wardrobe space in each bedroom.
Baby gates, cot and high chair available. Access to outside parking

Large covered terrace with comfy cane furniture, perfect for sitting in the summer shade, leading down to small private south west facing garden which is safe for children to play in. Here you will find a large table with chairs, sunbeds and a barbecue. To the front of the apartment is the fenced communal swimming pool with a very shallow area, excellent for children. Pool is surrounded by a large grassed secure area with shade, sunbeds and sea views. A small children's park to the rear of pool with swings and a slide.

Summary: Lovely week in Benalmádena. Apartment was comfortable, and enough space for family of 5. Three bathrooms was a bonus. While in a quiet location, there was a development ongoing nearby and one of the apartments above us was also being renovated, which did create some noise. This, however, didn't bother us too much, and is not in control of Fredrik / is only temporary.The only minor suggestion we have is to place a light duvet or bed blanket in the master bedroom, as my wife was a little chilly, but we managed with the good ac / heater and numerous smaller blankets in the property.Plus, be mindful that the third bedroom / annex is only accessible externally, which we didnt realise and would have posed a problem for us if our daughter was not old enough to stay outside the main property (17 yrs).In summary, we would recommend.

Summary: Friendly host and contact person, 3 rooms with their own bathrooms, fully functional kitchen with everything you need in it and plenty of space to sit in the living, the patio and court at the back. We had a great stay, above our expectations.

Summary: Property is mis represented on the VRBO site it states 1 bathroom - there are 3 bathrooms. Very quiet location and they could not have been more helpful we had 24 hours to find accommodation as VRBO had double booked our previously booked property. Hosts were so helpful and even allowed us to check in early

Summary: We brought our dog and loved the walkable neighborhood with Wiggly Field nearby. The kitchen was especially well-appointed and loved the coffee beans and grinder. We went in winter, so we didn't take advantage of the garden, though it looks beautiful. Easy check-in, simple check-out. Clean and comfortable.

Summary: Spacious property with all thats needed for a holiday... like a home away from home.... pictures don't do it justice.... couldn't recommend this property enough... it was a pleasure to stay there our kids and us had a great time....
