Luxury 2 Bed apartment situated in Golf Resort Torrequebrada. Set within beautiful maintained lush tropical gardens, a choice of 4 swimming pools including children's pool along with a safe & secure play area set within the complex. There are also WC facilities located near the swimming pools.
The apartment boasts panoramic views of Torrequebrada Golf course with sea, mountain & luxurious villas yet is only a short walk to the local beach at Los Remos, a supermarket & restaurants. Alternatively take a 10 minute leisurely stroll to "The Meeting Point" bar/restaurant located in Avenida Las Palmeras where you will find a Mercadona supermarket, several shops & restaurants.
On entering the apartment you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a washing machine & dishwasher which overlooks the lounge area. Directly in front of the kitchen you will find a very spacious 32 sq.mt modern lounge with a large double sliding door leading on to a good size terrace with rattan furniture, table & chairs for alfresco dinning & outside lighting. The lounge has a fireplace, dinning area with a table & four chairs, a large corner sofa with a modern TV unit & 50" flat screen TV offering several international channels including UK & WiFi. Off the hallway you have a spacious fully tiled bathroom with a Jacuzzi style bath, overhead shower, heated towel rail & storage cupboard. There are two bedrooms both with double wardrobes. The main bedroom has a king size bed with its own private terrace which catches the morning sun & is an ideal place to take breakfast. The apartment is fitted with electrical operated shutters for convenience.

Summary: Excellent condo. Lovely view from the balcony very well equipped.Very clean A car is necessary but there is a place in garage. It is near everything but a big walk up the hill from main places to do groceriesToo bad the weather was not up to par but we were able to go to many different places .I suggest renting with Malaga.car .com Thank you to Michael the owner and Clifton the caretaker who were very helpful.

Summary: Michael’s apartment was super tidy, well equipped with all necessities for a long term stay, and very comfortable. The photos on VRBO are a true representation of the accommodation. The heat pump servicing the apartment is efficient providing guests heat or air conditioning as required. Michael’s communications are timely and clear.Clifton, the gentleman who greats you during checkin is friendly, helpful, and accommodating.This was the second time we rented this apartment and we shall return again next year.The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the Torrequebrada golf course , where we played golf several times. There are also 3 groceries within a 15-20 minute walk, several restaurants, and the seaside paseo . ( Note that these are downhill from the apartment thereby requiring a return walk uphill. )

Summary: We stayed for 9 nights in a really lovely apartment. It was clean , comfortable and very well equipped . We throughly enjoyed the balcony and its vista . Many thanks go to the owner .

Summary: My wife and I stayed from June 21 for two weeks. Communications with the host Michael were brilliant, he was so helpful and answered all our queries. On arrival at the apartment we were met by a really nice man called Clifton who showed us around the apartment and gave us information on the area. The apartment is a good size and very clean it’s also set in a very nice quiet area and located on a very secure, well manicured complex. We used the nearest pool to the apartment which only ever had a few people round it. Michael provides a couple of chairs and beds for pool use. There is very good WiFi and air con in the apartment and also quite a few TV channels but very limited British ones…so remember your Netflix/Amazon password. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a couple of nearish supermarkets, both supermarkets are about a twelve to fifteen minute walk away…downhill …but it’s harder walking all the way back uphill loaded with shopping…we didn’t mind as we ate so much whilst out it kept us fit, however there are plenty of cabs around to make that trip easier and they’re not expensive....ladies bring sensible shoes for walking…or buy some here as my wife kept doing lol. If you do venture out further the bus service is brilliant and really cheap especially if you get the bus card . We loved it and have rebooked…it’s an ideal holiday if you don’t want that hotel vibe, noise and sunbed wars…to us youngish 60 yr olds it was perfect.

Summary: The apartment is really look like what you see in VBRO. Beautifull and very quiet place .The área is very safe. The privative parking was also appréciate .A car location is usefull to visit Andalusia and to go everyday at the beach and grocery

Summary: What can I say! Michael is an absolute legend, he has literally thought of everything to make your stay perfect, and he doesn’t mind answering 101 questions! The apartment is gorgeous so clean and spacious. The balcony leading from the front room is spacious and my daughter spent most of her evenings lounging there loving the wifi! The TV had Netflix and Prime so you just need to log on and away you go. This might seem odd but after quite a few busy days and nights it was nice to just chill out. The kitchen is very well equipped including tea bags and coffee! The bathroom has a shower over tub and is also a jacuzzi. The bedrooms have the most amazing wardrobes plenty of storage space and hangers! There’s a first aid kit, storage containers for food, beautiful set of knives, an amazing cooker and Michael even had ice cubes ready for us plus a bottle of bunny to welcome us! Oh and we had our own cupboard in the garage which is near the pool, inside are deck chairs, sun loungers, water guns and balls, we recently added to the collection so enjoy whoever is lucky enough to grab this apartment. The nearest shop is down the hill 15 minute walk east enough, Uber operates in the area and costs around £4 to get from shop to home however, I would recommend using Glovo app to do a shop and have it delivered to you, as it’s fantastic! The beach is literally on your doorstep not far at all. Lots of places to eat, beautiful park nearby and marina.
