Casa CLAUDIA is ideal for your holidays this year! Anti-corona virus measures e.g. disinfection between stays, we take seriously. We offer 170 m2 with direct views of the Torrequebrada golf course and the Mediterranean Sea, just a few minutes walk from the beach of Benalmádena-Costa and Castillo Bil Bil. Excellent for families: 2 bathrooms and 3 large bedrooms. Fast WIFI and AC including a large open kitchen with a bar. Urbanisation with 24 hrs security.Prepared for small children! Max 7 adults.
Due to the coronavirus, we are taking great care to disinfect surfaces that are often touched between stays. Casa Claudia is a spacious first floor apartment with a south facing terrace with wide views over the Torrequebrada Golf course, garden and pool of the urbanisation. Large terrace with sofa-lounge, TV and barbecue. Modern and very complete decoration. Smart Television satellite with more than 200 international channels, Netflix and You Tube. Centralised AC throughout the apartment. Garage space included. Rates include taxes, electricity, water, fast wifi, air conditioning and garage space.
Final cleaning cost to be paid on arrival in cash. (€ 150 or € 120 for 4 people or less). This includes the use of bed clothes, bathroom and kitchen towels (1 small, large and beach towel per person). Baby elements, cot, high chair, bathtub, changing table included on request.
Big garden. High level gated community with majority of resident or foreign owners. Ideal for toddlers and teens who can play outside alone. There are 4 pools and a playground, plus 2 children's pools. Due to the coronavirus, all pools and their common areas are ultra-disinfected and cleaned daily. In addition, 24-hour security in the urbanisation to follow up on new regulations such as social distance, sanitary hygiene in the garden, etc.

Summary: We celebrated my birthday here on the Coast and it was great that Claudia has more apartments in same urbanization so each of us could be on their own apartment but at the pool, beach and in restaurants we had family time together! Really quality apartments, very well maintained, comfortable, nice terrace with great views over the golf and ocean! Definitely recommendable! Price - quality very good!

Summary: Location is great! Place is perfect! Excellent quality! Good barbeque at the terrace and big kitchen. bed of the master bedroom is more than 2 meters long, really comfortable for my tall friend (1.97 cm). Beach and supermarket was 10 minutes’ walk, the rest we did by car. Thanks Claudia for the good services!

Summary: Not sure who liked ´Casa Claudia´ the most; me and my wife, the kids or the dog!!!! It has a huge garden for the dog, a playground and several swimming pools for the kids and for us just being on the sunny terrace was already enough! Super location , fantastic views. Place is extremely clean and nice modern. We could park the car directly downstairs.

Summary: Great quality! If you are looking for quality, take this apartment! It is spacious, mostly new and very well equipped and maintained. We did not miss anything. The view from the terrace over the golf course and sea are really amazing and Claudia is great, she responded quickly to our questions. Good ubication, close to beach and harbor, but in nice quite residential area. We loved it!

Summary: This is a truly beautiful apartment, situated in a very quiet, peaceful area. It is actually bigger than we anticipated, with three double bedrooms, the largest of which has an en suite. The entire apartment is furnished to a high standard - it is clear that the owners visit frequently and are constantly upgrading. It felt like we were staying in a home rather than in a holiday let. The terrace is particularly noteworthy - with glorious views across the golf-course to the sea. The external furniture is plentiful and high quality and the abundance of plants make it really special. We found the owner exceptionally easy to deal with and most accommodating. We had some initial reservations about paying by international banking transfer, but these were utterly unfounded as the process was quick and simple. It is a very pleasant walk down to the sea but a car is useful to save carrying shopping back up the hill from the supermarket. There are no shops or facilities in the immediate vicinity, it is purely a residential area; personally we prefer this as we were uninterrupted by noise and able to sleep well. The apartment is in a gated community, which gave great peace of mind regarding security. We recommend it without reservation and would have no hesitation in returning.

Summary: Really good property, nice quiet part of town. Great views overlooking the golf course, everything you need is close by. Property is clean and bright and spacious with 3 good size bedrooms and all amenities you will need, nice quiet communal pool you can use, beach is a 10 minute walk away. Spent lots of time on balcony. Lots of room to move around and sunbathe on loungers provided. Swimming pool is not heated! Apartment has heating floor, which made us a really great and comfortable stay in wintertime. I understand you pay a bit more then other 3 bedrooms but it is more then worth it!

Summary: We, family 4 adults and 3 kids, stayed in this fantastic apartment. Modern, very spacious, great kitchen and for me very important it was quiet to sleep, a clean space and toys and international TV for the kids. Location is good, close to the boulevard to the harbour and beach, but for shopping I recommend to rent a car. Garage was included. For the good quality they offer, it was very worth to pay!! Hope to come back one time. Thank you Claudia!

Summary: We, two Canadian couples, spent some happy nights in Claudia´s apartment, which overlooks a nice quiet golf course and the Mediterranean. It is well situated, away from the bush bush but still close by to everything. We could walk down the street to the beach, although we preferred to do everything by car (easy to park outside summer season). Benalmadena is a lovely town with some great local tapas bars and restaurants to offer, especially we liked the old town Benalmadena. The condo was very spacious, modern, it gives you that luxury feeling of a 5 star hotel but with all the facilities of an apartment, there was even a big barbecue at the terrace for us to use! Claudia´s apartment was for us a gem, for it amenities and location and also because upon arrival it was spotless clean, which you do not find everywhere as we experienced in some holiday rentals before. It was the first time to come to this area in autumn and we absolutely love it, temperatures like 25 º C easily and lots of sunshine made our holiday really fantastic!!

Summary: It is very spacious and modern decorated! Claudia informed us well about the location and where to go. Supermarket and Restaurant is at 10 min. walk. It felt really as a ´luxe´ we could stay here with the pool and beach nearby but still so nice quiet area. It was a warm welcome with coffee and sangria prepared for us by Claudia. Understood there where more pools in the urbanisation and even a play ground for kids but we did not had time to use it. Thank you so much Claudia!
