Positive: Great location near golf courses and beach. The kitchen is nice and everything you need is there. This is a great price for this location. Easy to enter and exit

Negative: The TV is there but you must use your own streaming service if you want to watch any TV, I used my computer. There is a sign in the kitchen saying no alcohol but that was not on the listing. They use scented laundry soap so all the bed linens and the towels smell like that, unfortunately I am allergic so I went to the store and bough sheets and a pillow. When stripping the bed I discovered the mattress was quite stained. Put my sheets on top but the mattress also smelled like the laundry detergent. This is not actually a 2 bedroom. On the side of the bedroom is a large laundry room where another bed is. You have to walk through the bedroom to get to the other bed. I did not need it but just a FYI just for future bookings.

Summary: Great Location for the price, Would not Stay ther agian.

Positive: Apartment is top floor of a house, is spacious, and has all amenities for an apartment (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, washer & dryer, etc...) even though we didn't use them all. Hostess answers our text or call promptly. Location is great, just a few minutes from all the beaches and restaurants.

Negative: House has 2-car garage but we must park on driveway, which in some cities may be a concern (we are from out of town so don't know the area). Check in time is limited to 4-8pm and check out time is 9-10am (hotels are typically after 2pm and before 11am,) but hostess accomodates our requested time of 8:30am.

Summary: For the price, apartment offers great value and is located near all the beaches and restaurants
