Summary: Perfectly clean, quiet and peaceful, everything worked, and it was just short walk (down a big hill) to Loro Parque and Playa Jardin. Jorge was very accommodating and gave us suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Very nice!

Summary: This apartment gave us everything we could have asked for. It's in the great location of Punta Brava - about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. For the physically challenged - the apartment is at the top of a hill where there are beautiful views. A couple of evenings we weren't up to the climb back, after we had been walking all day in the mountains, so we just parked our car at the bottom and drove back after our evening out - it's literally 2-3 minutes drive back up to park in the underground garage that is provided - or you can take a taxi for around 3 - 4 Euros from both Punta Brava and Puerto de la Cruz. When we first arrived and had a walk around Punta Brava we weren't sure it was the sort of place we would want to eat / drink etc. as it is not a tourist "hot spot", more a lovely local village - but how wrong we were - going to the bars and drinking with the locals was great entertainment - and there are some fantastic restaurants - our favourite was Rincon Del Mar - very quirky decor and the owner couldn't do enough - go for the paella or the house special a sort of fish stew - you won't be disappointed! The apartment was spotlessly clean and so well equipped - probably one of the best we have ever rented. As well as the kitchen equipment, all the day to day essentials needed for the full 2 week stay, washing up liquid, cleaning products, toilet rolls, etc were provided. Lots of good quality towels for bathroom and pool/beach. Spare bedding etc and on arrival a carton of milk and bottled water so that we could make a cup of tea without having to find the local shops. The shopping experience is always part of our holiday - buying locally grown and produced goods. The Lidl supermarket is less than 5 minutes by car and can provide just about everything - but don't forget the small local supermarkets that sell freshly made bread etc. The heated pool is beautiful and also kept spotlessly clean – sunbeds are provided. It was great to relax there after a long day walking and listen to the seals, parrots and occasionally the chimpanzees in Lora Parque which is just down the road. Highly recommended for a base to explore the beautiful North Tenerife.

Summary: "Encarna and her husband are FANTASTIC people!!! Very pleasant and proivded everything for our stay. The apartment is great but you need a car. Not a walking distance. Apartment condition is higher than average with awesome view. The only thing to mention is no double bed but 2 single beds instead right next to each other. It''s OK only to sleep though :)) Highly recommended!!!"

Summary: We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely two bedroom apartment. My 3 year old had fun in the heated pool and there was a great panoramic view of the coast from the pool area. The apartment complex was very secure. The apartment was a great base to sightsee from - Punta Brava, Loro Parque and Playa Jardin were an easy stroll. It was also only a 30 minute walk along the esplanade into Puerto de la Cruz where there are some great places to eat out. Sometimes we used the yellow zoo road train to go in and out of Puerto de la Cruz as it stops right in the centre of town. This apartment was great value for money and just what we were looking for. Summary: "Very nice, well equipped, spacious apartment in a quiet residential area. Free wifi and a big underground garage. Great views, nice pool. 5 minutes walk to Loro Parque. 20 minutes walk to town along the promenade. The owners were friendly and helpful. It''s a good 5 minutes walk uphill from the main road, so not for the less mobile, but we had no problems with a baby in pram and 4 year old. We couldn''t fault the holiday at all."

Summary: "The apartment was spotless and located above Punta Brava and Loro Park. The only noises we heard were parrots and sea lions and the waves. We wanted to cook for ourselves as well as eat out and thought it would be useful to have a few more essentials such as casserole dish, roasting tin etc, but we managed. Punta Brava itself is a lovely old part of Puerto dela Cruz and we much preferred it and found Tambos where you can eat outside watching the waves crashing on the rocks, superb. We didn''t use the pool or terrace much as our week was rather cloudy and cool and we had to go up El Tiede or round the corner to Anaga to find any sun, but it felt like coming home to the apartment. The owners were perfect hosts and went out of their way to meet us late when we arrived and show us the nearest supermarket etc."

Summary: "The apartment is bright, clean and well equipped with all amenities needed for vacation stay. It is located in a very quiet and safe area not so far from the center of Puerto de la Cruz. It is placed on a hill in a short walking distance from Punta Brava and Loro Park ( less than 10 minutes ). Lazy walking to the center of Puerto de la Cruz took us 45 minutes. We enjoyed wonderful view from the terrace and swimming pool area. It was great to take a sunbath and splash in a heated swimming pool with an ocean view on one hand and Teide on the other hand. Encarna and Enrique the owners of the apartment were very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for the comfortable, quiet place away from the crowds of tourists."

Summary: "Great accomodation, spacious very clean and quiet. The location of the flat allows a short walk to Playa Jardin. The terrace with the nearby swimming pool is absolutely great. The owners offered us help, whenever we needed something during our stay - a very secure feeling when you are abroad. I would recommend this location to everyone who plans a visit to Puerto de la Cruz - much better than any hotel available. 5 Stars! "
