This nice building with three 4 * apartments is located in Borik (pine forest), a very beautiful and quiet district of the beautiful city of Rovinj in Istria. The house offers 3 comfotable apartments, of different sizes.
It is about 2.5 kilometers from the old town of Rovinj; a small supermarket is very close to the house and the beach is only a 2-3 minute walk; the beach itself consists of pebbles and stone; Here you will find cafes, ice cream, restaurants, snack bars, games and sports facilities.
The area invites to long bike rides or hikes, such as the Lim Fjord and its karst caves, which eats a bit north on a length of about 10 km to the mainland.
