Summary: The owner of the studio is very friendly, lives upstairs, but we had our privacy. The studio is simple, was very clean, got everything one needs for a few days. The hot water doesn't last long, so you need to take quick showers. From the terrace there's a little staircase that goes to a park/playground, so we had our own entrance. It's 7 minutes walking to the (dog) beach, if you go a bit further it's nicer for swimming and you have a cafe, a bar, a restaurant. A small supermarket is less than a 5 min walk away. Walking to rovinj old town is 35 minutes. From the amarin campground (20 minutes much nicer walk) you can take a boat taxi to rovinj for 30 kuna. Parking the car in rovinj is rather stressful and expensive. If you have a car the studio is close to nice restaurants like tipico green garden, which we highly recommend! All in all a pleasant stay!

Summary: To add superlatives to the other reviews would be redundant but I will say if you are going to visit Rovinj and stay here you will be a very fortunate person.

Summary: The apartment was left to us very clean. The owner was very kind and welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. The apartment itself is in a great location, only a few minutes stroll to a beautiful beach and surrounded by a pine forest.
